Terms & Conditions – Fashion Rental

1. Booking & Payment

Full or partial payment is required to confirm the booking.
Orders are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
Advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

2. Rental Duration

Rental period is usually 2–3 days (can be customized).
Late return will be charged extra per day.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for every outfit.
Deposit will be returned after checking the outfit condition.

4. Outfit Condition

Customers must return the outfit in the same condition.
Any damage (tear, stains, missing items) will result in deduction or full charge.

5. Trial & Fitting

Trial is available in-store before booking.
Minor alterations (if possible) may be provided.
No major changes allowed in rental outfits.

6. Cancellation Policy

No refund on advance payment.
Date change is subject to availability only.

7. Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the outfit from the time of pickup till return.
In case of loss or heavy damage, full outfit cost will be charged.

8. Hygiene & Cleaning

All outfits are dry-cleaned before delivery.
Do not wash or dry-clean on your own.

9. Pickup & Return

Outfit must be picked up and returned on agreed dates.
Late return may affect other bookings and incur penalties.

10. ID Proof

Valid ID proof is required at the time of booking.

11. Usage

Outfits are strictly for personal use only.
Sub-renting or commercial use without permission is not allowed.

12. Acceptance

By renting from us, you agree to all the above terms & conditions.
